The Fluid Sealing Association has been granted a position on the Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee. Chris Swonger, of Smiths Group, Chair of the FSA’s Government Affairs Working Group, has been appointed to serve as the FSA’s representative in this position.
The Committee will provide consensus advice on the development and administration of programs and policies to expand U.S. exports of environmental technologies, goods, services, and products that comply with U.S. environmental, safety, and related requirements.
Chris has been making significant contributions to the FSA’s government affairs efforts. His work with the advisory committee will strengthen their efforts under the ongoing Environmental Export Initiative, as well as the National Export Initiative (NEI)/NEXT.
